Returns Policy

Every IMZO piece is made or finished in small quantities, inspected and prepared for its new home. All purchases are final; we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind or sizing.

If an order arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you selected, contact us promptly with the order number and photographs. We will take responsibility and make it right.

This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
