Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the IMZO website and your purchase of IMZO products. By placing an order, you agree to them.

An order is accepted when we send confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability; any amount collected for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Every IMZO purchase is final. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind or sizing. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact Client Care and we will make it right. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Pune have exclusive jurisdiction.
